Refund Policy

If you cancel the reservation

more than two weeks preceding your check-in date > you will pay 25% of the tariff amount.
less than two weeks but 48 hours preceding your check-in date > you will pay 50% of the tariff amount.
less than 48 hours preceding or no show > 100% advance paid.

All refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle.
